Screening
- M> 40; F >50 (or postmenopausal): Full lipid profile q1-3y
- Children if FH of monogenic lipid disorder (familial hypercholesterolemia or chylomicronemia)
- DM
- Smoker
- HTN
- Waist circumference > 102cm (M); 88cm (F)
- FH of premature CAD (M < 55; F < 65)
- Manifestation of hyperlipidemia
- Exertional chest discomfort, dyspnea, erectile dysfunction
- Chronic kidney disease
- Lupus
- Evidence of Atherosclerosis
